Delivery
Generally deliveries will take between 2 - 4 days.

Generally all items are held in stock, however in peak periods there may be a short delay whilst additional stocks are in transit. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All products on our website comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations.

If an item you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know.

Orders are despatched via quality, insured carriers.

UK orders are usually despatched via recorded delivery service, with normal delivery within 2 - 4 days. Delivery costs are calculated for delivery to Mainland UK only. If delivery is required to Non-Mainland UK destinations, please contact us to discuss delivery costs. We will always contact you with a revised delivery cost if it is different to the calculated cost.


Post and Packing

Our postage rates are calculated during the checkout process.


Cancellations

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow consumers 14 working days to cancel an order from receipt of the order by the seller.

Returns

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or write to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, advising us of your wish to return the products, quoting your order or reference number and the reason for the return. Goods may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after receipt of the order providing notice of return was made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. We can only accept goods back that are complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. Goods must be returned in the original box, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the customer's expense. A refund for the goods will only be made to the card on which the order was taken. It is, of course, the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all returned items are appropriately packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in return transit. Customers should obtain proof of posting from their chosen carrier.
 
Faulty Goods
All goods are thoroughly checked before despatch. However, should there be a problem, Temujin Restaurant will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or your money will be refunded if the item is no longer available. Faulty items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the carrier.
