Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Temujin Restaurant website and, where applicable, reservations, online orders, gift vouchers, promotions and other services provided by Temujin Ltd.
By using our website or purchasing services or products from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Temujin Restaurant is operated by:
Temujin Ltd

Canal Basin
Sowerby Bridge
West Yorkshire

United Kingdom
Telephone: 01422 835500

Temujin Ltd operates in association with Parnell Group Holdings Ltd and its associated companies, brands and sub-brands.
References to “Temujin”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Temujin Ltd unless otherwise stated.
2. Our Website
We aim to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, menus, ingredients, prices, opening hours, promotions and availability may change from time to time.
We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as guaranteeing the availability of a particular dish, ingredient, drink, promotion or service.
3. Restaurant Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
When making a reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details and information.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
We may contact you using the details supplied with your booking regarding your reservation.
For larger parties, special events or particularly busy periods, we may require a deposit or card guarantee. Any applicable conditions will be explained before you confirm the booking.
We reserve the right to release a table where guests arrive significantly later than their reservation time without contacting us.
Where possible, we will try to accommodate late arrivals, although this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Food and Menu Availability
Temujin operates a restaurant concept where ingredients and available food selections may change regularly.
Our menus, meat selections, seafood, vegetables, sauces, desserts and other products are therefore subject to availability.
We may rotate, replace or temporarily withdraw ingredients or menu items without prior notice.
Photographs and descriptions on our website and promotional materials are intended as a general representation. Presentation, portion appearance and ingredients may vary.
Where an ingredient is unavailable, we may offer an alternative where appropriate.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please tell a member of our team before ordering.
Information about the regulated allergens contained in our dishes and ingredients is available from our team.
Due to the nature of our restaurant and shared preparation, cooking and service areas, different ingredients and allergens may be handled within the same environment.
While we have procedures in place for managing allergens, we cannot describe a dish as free from a particular allergen unless we are able to support that claim.
Customers should not rely solely upon photographs, general menu descriptions or previous visits when making decisions concerning allergies, as ingredients and suppliers can change.
Please speak to a member of staff on every visit if you have an allergy.
6. Online Orders
Where online ordering is available, submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
An order is accepted when we confirm it through the relevant ordering system.
All orders are subject to availability.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we are unable to fulfil the order;
- the order appears fraudulent; or
- accepting the order would breach a legal or licensing requirement.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
7. Changes and Cancellations of Food Orders
Because restaurant food is generally prepared specifically for an order and may be perishable, your ability to cancel an order may be limited once preparation has begun.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Where we have not started preparing the order, we will normally try to accommodate reasonable cancellation or amendment requests.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have where food or other products supplied by us are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our website, menus or ordering platforms are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices may change from time to time.
The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, except where there is an obvious error.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may contact you to explain the error and allow you to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
Any applicable delivery, service or other charges will be displayed before payment wherever the transaction takes place through our website.
9. Alcohol
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied in accordance with applicable licensing laws.
We operate age-verification procedures where appropriate and may ask customers to provide acceptable proof of age.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol where we reasonably believe that doing so would breach licensing requirements or where service should otherwise be refused in accordance with our licensing responsibilities.
10. Gift Vouchers
Temujin gift vouchers are subject to any specific terms displayed when they are purchased or issued.
Unless otherwise stated:
- vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible purchases from Temujin Restaurant;
- vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- customers are responsible for keeping voucher codes or physical vouchers secure;
- lost, stolen or incorrectly used vouchers may not be replaceable where we cannot verify the remaining balance or ownership; and
- promotional vouchers may have additional restrictions or expiry dates.
Any specific conditions supplied with a promotional or gift voucher will form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:
- start and end dates;
- minimum spends;
- specified days or times;
- particular products;
- dine-in or takeaway restrictions; and
- restrictions on combining promotions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, although this will not affect qualifying purchases already completed before the change.
12. Restaurant Behaviour
We want Temujin to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a person to leave where they behave in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, excessively disruptive or unsafe manner.
We may also refuse the service of alcohol where required or permitted under licensing law.
13. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Temujin.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that we could not reasonably have prevented.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
14. Website Links and Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including reservation, payment, ordering, delivery or social media platforms.
Where you use a third-party service, that provider may have its own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
15. Intellectual Property
The Temujin name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, menus and other materials are owned by or licensed to Temujin Ltd or relevant associated businesses unless otherwise stated.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit or distribute our protected materials without permission unless permitted by law.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the relevant contract was entered into.
If you are using our services as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
17. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
There may be occasions where we are unable to provide some or all of our services because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These could include power or utility failures, flooding, severe weather, equipment failure, supplier disruption, emergency closures, government restrictions or other significant events.
Where this affects a reservation or paid order, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and provide an appropriate solution.
18. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing transaction where doing so would unfairly disadvantage the customer.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will retain any mandatory rights you have under the laws applicable to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
