Thai Green Curry Sauce

This fragrant sauce has the added flavour of coconut, bamboo shoots and green beans. An ideal accompaniment to chicken, beef, pork or tofu. The delicate flavours and spice make this a very popular choice for stir frys. Used widely in all Asian cuisine. Beware it is hot and firey.
